We are a client of the author. We manage a few billion dollars and have some of the best returns in the industry. Contrary to what the previous reviewer cavalierly and erroneously states to be fact, profitable funds use market timing and technical analysis to time their tades. This practive distinguishes the successful funds from those that quickly fold. The reviewer was naive and obvioulsy has no knowledge of how institutional traders operate. He, above all others, should familiarize himself with the techniques and methods presented in this book since they work and differentiate good from bad trades!

The naivete he expresses makes it obvious he is truly a rookie in the investment business.

I’m a full-time trader who has been successful for years trading on the floor. The only disadvantage was that my potential was limited. Having read this book, my performance has improved immensely. The indicators described in this book are extraordinary. They’re unique and each is valuable in its own right. The book is highly recommended.

I have woked in this industry for over 25 years. I learned in grad school that markets moved based upon fundamentals. That is true long term. However after reading this book as well as the author’s other book, I now realize there is a mathematical template that seems to dictate price movemnt. This is NOT conventional technical analysis, rather it is what I have heard the author descibe in seminars as ‘market timing”. This is certainly palatable to me and makes by peers more inclined to accept these mathmatical principles.

These same indicators are being used universally by many well established fund managers and traders since they appear on the bloomberg, thomson-ilx, cqg and euters networks. Widespread usage and acceptance.

I just read the review made by obviously a neophyte trader. My trading partner and I feel compelled to challenge the statement that these methods in this book are not valuable. Our performance managing billions of dollars are grounded in many of these techniques and market logic. To discount this information without providing any proof attests to the lack of trading knowledge the reviewer possesses. I would match our trading performance up against his at any time. His comments were empty and I too believe so is his tading account.

  5. I purchased this book some time ago and set it aside. Only recently have I had the time to read and review the material. I am amazed at how much new and valuable information it contains. I am impressed with the author’s acute awareness of the markets. I highly recommend this book to your audience. It’s a real eye opener!
